I was given a tour of the Picacho Mountain development, lead by Bob Pofahl. I was struck by the impressive views, breadth of the development and care taken with the natural setting. For example, only the foundation area was cleared at any homesite and Bob not only knew what a cryptogamic crust was, his staff was also trained in the preservation thereof. A project worth your consideration if looking for a special homesite overlooking Las Cruces.
